Cancellation Policy

Confirmed bookings may be cancelled if intimation in writing reaches the resort as per the terms below.

Regular Days

Cancellation before 0 to 5 days: No Refund
Cancellation before 6 to 15 days: 25% refund of advance amount paid
Cancellation before 16 to 21 days: 50% refund of advance amount paid
Cancellation before 21+ days: 75% refund of advance amount paid

Special Days

Cancellation before 0 to 15 days: No Refund
Cancellation before 16 to 30 days: 25% refund of advance amount paid
Cancellation before 31 to 45 days: 50% refund of advance amount paid
Cancellation before 45+ days: 75% refund of advance amount paid

Please Note

Refunds will take a minimum of 4 to 7 bank working days.
Applicable bank/payment gateway processing charges will be deducted.
Cancellation requests must be shared in writing through official communication channels.
Special Days include long weekends, festive periods, public holidays, peak season dates, and blackout dates.
