Yes. Your booking is confirmed once the required payment is successfully completed. You will receive a booking confirmation by email and/or WhatsApp.

We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, digital wallets and eligible international cards.

The payment requirement may vary depending on the package, offer or booking date. You may be required to pay either: • 100% of the booking amount; or • A specified advance amount, with the balance payable before check-in. The exact payment terms will be displayed before you complete your booking.

Applicable taxes and charges will be clearly displayed in the final payable amount before payment.

Yes. A booking receipt will be shared after successful payment. For a GST or detailed tax invoice, email your booking details and GST information to ota@touchwoodbliss.com.

Date modifications are subject to availability, the applicable booking policy and any difference in tariff. Please email your booking ID and requested dates to ota@touchwoodbliss.com.

Yes. You can select and book multiple available rooms or villas directly through www.touchwoodbliss.com. For large groups, corporate stays or celebrations, you may submit a group-booking enquiry.

Generally, there is no minimum-stay requirement. However, selected packages, festive dates, long weekends or special events may require a minimum number of nights. Any such condition will be displayed before booking.

Our official website allows you to book directly with Touchwood Bliss without a third-party intermediary. Website prices, inclusions, cancellation terms and offers may differ from those available on other platforms. Please compare the complete package and final payable amount before booking.

Every adult guest must present a valid, original government-issued photo identity document at check-in. Accepted documents include: • Aadhaar Card • Driving Licence • Voter ID • Passport Digital copies or photographs may not always be accepted. International guests must carry a valid passport and visa.

Yes. Unmarried adult couples are welcome, provided both guests are at least 18 years old and present valid government-issued photo identity documents.

The primary guest making the booking must be at least 18 years old and must present valid identification at check-in.
