Cancellation Polices for Bliss!

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our guests as best as we can. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  • 0 - 5 days (Regular days) / 0 - 15 days (Special days):

    Unfortunately, cancellations made within this time frame are not eligible for a refund. No refund will be issued.

  • 6 - 15 days (Regular days) / 16 - 30 days (Special days):

    Cancellations made within this period will receive a 25% refund of the advance amount paid.

  • 16 - 21 days (Regular days) / 31 - 45 days (Special days):

    If you cancel within this time frame, you will receive a 50% refund of the advance amount paid.

  • 21+ days (Regular days) / 45+ days (Special days):

    Cancellations made more than 21 days in advance for regular days or more than 45 days in advance for special days will receive a 75% refund of the advance amount paid.

  • Special Days:

    Special days include Fridays, Saturdays, and Public Holidays. These days are subject to higher demand, and thus our cancellation policy is adjusted accordingly.

    Note:

  • The above policy applies to advance amounts paid at the time of booking.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
  • In case of any disputes, the decision of the management will be final.
